Every two years, the
Richmond Symphony Orchestra League chooses a grand Richmond residence and lets a pack of Richmond’s best designers loose inside. This year, Pinifer Park, built in 1910 and located at 3312 Robious Crossing Drive in Midlothian, will be transformed and on display in the fall.
Originally built as a summer home for the Edwin C. Laird family, it became the Lairds' full-time residence when they left their Park Avenue home in 1912. It’s a beautiful, five-bedroom Queen Anne, and we can’t wait to see how the designers envision it for the 21st century. Check the R•Home blog as we bring you updates from now until September on its new look.
