

“We have grown a lot in the last year. We just have to be willing to adapt to what we feel our customers want,” Benhamed says. “We just feel complete as a business and we want to develop the business that we have now.”
The dinner menu emphasizes classic French dishes such as salmon and steak frites. With temperatures soaring outside, the menu also features plenty of light and healthy items, like the Gardener’s Risotto Pilaf, an entrée with rice, grilled vegetables and artichokes.

Benhamed says he hopes to appeal to a different set of customers with the dinner menu. “Dinner is a completely different animal, where you go from white-collar businesspeople to local residents who live around here.”
La Parisienne is now open Tuesday through Friday for breakfast, lunch and dinner and opens on Saturday at 4 p.m. for dinner. Because of the initial success of the dinner hours, Benhamed says the restaurant eventually could be open for dinner seven days a week.
“It has really taken off and we are really happy,” Benhamed says.
