Some 135 exhibitors will be under one roof during the Richmond Home Show this Saturday and Sunday at the Richmond Raceway Complex (600 E. Laburnum Ave.).

Businesses — specializing in kitchens, baths, closet organizers, blinds and window treatments, granite, decks, and more — will be ready to answer questions, share new products and, in many cases, offer special show discounts.

"This show’s a great opportunity to see, hold and feel products that can’t be learned about online or in catalogs,” show presenter David Posner says. “Seeing refinished floors before and after and touching stone pavers gives consumers a personal understanding of services and products available. They can also meet store owners and get one-on-one details.”

Shenandoah Shutters will be there, along with Tailor Made Kitchens and Baths, Sundecks of Richmond, Hearth and Patio Shoppe, and 131 others.

“Come out and compare companies and products and find new ways to make your home more beautiful and comfortable,” Posner says.

Admission is $5. Children 16 and under are free. Show hours are Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
